Welcome to VA Dogman Research

The Virginia Chapter of the North American Dogman Project (NADP)is a non-profit organization based outside of Richmond,VA. We conduct investigations into Dogman sightings around the Commonwealth. We are seeking genuine evidence and are careful about the presentation of this evidence... insuring that it is legitimate, researched, and analyzed before being presented to the general public.

We use strict SCIENTIFIC methods to obtain TANGIBLE evidence - Evidence that leaves no doubt about its origin, cause and effect.

We are working to present an image of competent researchers who are collecting the most authentic empirical evidence possible. Investigations conducted under the auspices of the VA NADP are always held to the standards of the group and are conducted with integrity, honesty, and with discretion.

Covid19 Update (12 October 2020): We have been meeting virtually throughout the year. The team has partaken in a couple of field research opportunities whereas members could be socially distant. We are still investigating cases in and around Virginia.

Our parent Group - the NADP, based in Cincinnati, Ohio is made up of volunteer researchers in many states of the continental US. The organization is expanding and growing. Many of our researchers have backgrounds in the fields of law enforcement, former military, and other crypto groups. Most are experienced observers, hunters, possess good tracking experience, and ability. Many NADP members have professional technical knowledge, in handling equipment for evidence collection purposes. Our researchers are available full time, and we welcome anyone who is willing to aid us in the hunt.
